Worst experience ever
Worst experience everLast month I took my 2008 Mercury mariner to the plover Schierl tire location for a Synthetic oil change I picked my car up drove it home and for the next three daysI smelled nothing but oil I gave it to more days with a total of five days before I took it in case there was oil just on the headers or the exhaust from the oil change I went to Cheryl tire and explain to them my issue they took the car and came back out and said the reason their car is leaking oil is because it is coming out of the oil pan which was a shock to me so I return home do you have my son who is a mechanic check over the suspected oil pan week only finding out that it was not the oil pan leaking it was the old filter as I had suspected originally and shelter just wanted my money in me out the door they did not check to see that it was the oil filter I have all pictures and records of this incident I will never be returning and do not recommend this place they did not satisfy me only wanted No the only way to rate them is to at least give them one star Im giving them negative stars

ALTHOUGH I DID NOT GET MY TIRE DONE THE DAY I BROUGHT IT IN, THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND OFFERED TO CARRY MY REPAIR TIRE TO THE CAR. THE TIRE LOOKS GOOD AND IS HOLDING AIR.

I did a major mistake and brought in the wrong vehicle for an oil change. Our car was due, our van had been done recently. They work with us so we got the car done and didn't have any charges for the van. Bless them, they are so easy to work with.

Tire repair
My grand daughters and I were in Plover and you my rental showed low pressure in the rear passenger side tire. At 11:45 am on a Saturday morning, the guys found a hole in the tire, repaired it and gave me directions back to Stevens Point. They were great.
