All I wanted was my oil changed, tires rotated and frontend aligned. One greased zerk was missed plus the drive shaft. I did not need a all out inspection. If I wanted one I would have asked for one. 715-XXX-XXXX

Appt Ease, Install Timely

Made appointment for install of new tires. I was informed of the need for an alignment and given illustrative reasoning. Workers replaced existing full-size spare with one of those replaced which was in better shape than what we had. Took about 1.5hrs, but I was informed of that in advance.
