After my new tires got put on, I was informed to come back to get Lugnuts re-tightened 50-100 miles. I immediately said I needed to go to Appleton that day. So the service manager told the shop manager to go check lugnuts before I left. All was good. Good communication. Love the emails about the monthly deals since tires have gotten so expensive.
