Nicely impressed with the personal attention-especially when could here counter person busy with other phone call ins. And that she knew the tire business and what to recommend. And when more was found wrong-same counter person (Julie) called with estimate cost and that the repair could be done while my vehicle was still at the shop and would not have to make another appointment. And the pricing seems fair.
My car started making a weird noise in the engine compartment. They diagnosed it was coming from the transmission. Found a deal on a used one and it runs and drives great again.
They got me in and out quickly. Comfortable waiting area.
