Tire Repair
I recently had just arrived home when my tire pressure light came on and I discovered a nail in one of my rear tires. I called and spoke with Joseph who stated if I could get there right away they would take care of fixing the tire. When I arrived I was checked in and within 15 minutes my tire was repaired. I went to pay for the service and was told there was no charge that this was part of what they offer to customers. They will definitely have my business in the future and Joseph has amazing customer service skills.

2009 Chrysler Van
2nd time I brought the van in and asked for them to see why the van shakes when I go 62. I paid close to $1,200 and nobody still has looked at this problem. Not sure why. NOT Happy. They seem to find everything else wrong but why I bring it in.

Superb Service!
We are company out of Willard WI and I had an employee in a company car grocery shopping in Marshfield, it was a sub-zero day. She called told me she had a flat tire, I called Schierl Tire and they fixed the tire and got her back on the road safely, at NO COST! This was so greatly appreciated! Breaks
Was not happy with their service, came in to get breaks done cost me 400. Two days later after service car starts squealing and got hot by tire. I brought my car back to get it checked out and they tell me I need to pay another 500+ to fix the same problem after they put it all together. I will never be going there again, worst service ever. They made a mistake and would not fix the issue, this is not good quality service.When you get breaks done They are supposed to check pads, rotors and calipers and test them after. They failed to do so and instead argued with me stating I need to pay extra for them to check calipers.
