Tire Replacement

Appalling. I made an appointment for 11am, for a 30 mins tire fitting with a discount of $10 off each tire.At 11 am the associate took down my details, taking nearly 20 mins to complete. I came back at noon and my car had not moved from the Lot. I called at 4pm and they said they had called to say my car was ready but got no answer. Furious, I returned to no apologies. The Manager showed no care, and when I asked why my discount had not been applied, he petulantly asked for the name of who had agreed this. I couldn't remember. 'You signed the release when you left the car', he snapped. I was livid. This was all about getting money out of me; their 30 min promise was a fob off; the amount of vehicles occupying the bays proved this. Had they rung me to tell me the car was ready? Who knows; I had no missed call. Their attitude was devious, money grabbing and they cared only about getting the bill. I had to cancel all my appointments that afternoon and left vowing never to return.

Super fast and convenient!

I discovered a nail in my tire 2 hours before I was scheduled to go camping. Naturally, I was freaking out, not to mention it was the day before Thanksgiving. I called a bunch of places and Mountain View said they would fix it, even though they were closing in an hour. They were so courteous, quick and professional! I highly recommend!

Good Experience

After much research I narrowed my tire choice to three possibilities and wanted tires ASAP.I am actually fortunate that the big box tire centers could not provide the tires needed for 3-5 days as it led me to Mountain View for a Goodyear tire that had received thousands of positive reviews (Assurance ComfortTread). I called just before closing time and spoke with Dustin. He was very helpful and had the tire ordered in for the next day. He was very helpful and informative and patiently answered my questions and provided very knowledgeable and understandable mechanical information. In the course of the tire installation, another issue arose, but there was no high pressure applied to have the work done. Instead, Dustin took the time to explain the mechanics and my options for a possible future repair. As a female senior citizen, who has experienced attempts to take advantage, I was grateful for the respect and honesty. I very much appreciated Dustins professional and friendly help.
