Very very disappointed!!

Well I brought my vehicle in to get nitrogen in my tires I left there and drove 4 miles to my home before I got home my right rear tire went completely flat the valve stem was busted off, Goodyear tires says that I hit something which is not correct. I had another tire company look at it the day after and they started that the probable cause was who ever put the nitrogen in over inflated the tires and as a result it blew the valve stem off.. Without a doubt Goodyear tires was negligent and it cost me, I seriously dont expect them to do anything but I will definitely never recommend them to anyone and will make sure I give them the worst possible reviews possible. I know as far as the company is concerned they really dont care. Sincerely

I can always depend upon Mountain View to have available trained mechanics and staff when needed. Trying to get anything done at Dealerships has been impossible. Having to make an appointment and not available for 3-5 days in advance is ridiculous.
