Instead of having to get a whole muffler system, one piece was welded and replaced the rusted part. That saved money and also reused/kept using perfectly good parts. That makes more sense.

Excellent service reasonable prices
I went in for a routine oil change. Rich was very helpful and the work was done quickly. He noticed I have a very small leak from my oil tank but told me it wasn't an emergency and that he would correct it with my next oil change. I appreciated that he was helping me save time and money.
