Very good service as always. This time in I had new shocks put on my 2006 Silverado 3/4 Ton Truck. Took about 2 1/2 hours. Was able to use $50 off coupon and also get a $30 rebate from Monroe. They even let me use their loaner vehicle to go out to eat while I waited for the work to be completed. Thanks again for the courteous service.
I have my vehicle serviced here all the time and have found the staff helpful, honest, and they give me a fair price. Would recommend!

While driving around with my 98 yr old mother Friday, looking at the colors, we stopped for ice cream in Weyauwega and the car was DEAD. While waiting for another good hearted person to jump the car, I called around to find a battery. At 5:15 I thought I'd try Matthews, even though I did not have an appointment. I was pretty desperate by then. Mike said if I could get there by 5:45 he'd see what he could do. When I arrived at 5:40 Ben had just finished a vehicle. Not knowing it was homecoming night and Ben was hoping to get out early, he took care of my car quickly and politely. That's what I call GREAT SERVICE!
