Unusual visit

I use Matthews for everything on my three vehicles. The guys are usually very pleasant, helpful and friendly.This last time, though, they screwed up my appointment time - twice - and made me wait 1/2 hour longer to get the car in. Ive had over $1000 in service needs in less than a month, so I was a bit peeved when they were so short about the missed appointment. I didnt miss any appointment...and I had even stopped in to double check the time...ANYWHO - they were a little grumpy this time, but I will be taking the vehicles back anyway.
