EXCELLENT SERVICE AS ALWAYS
Oil change was performed and checks of other problems noted. I wish they would also check the air in the tires during the oil change service.
110% customer service, everyone I talked to was outstanding to me in a very stressful situation. I ran over something on highway, have 4 WD & knew I might have to replace all 4 tires. I called the Jeep dealer in Madison where I purchased the Jeep. Hey, I am a woman, a blonde & a Senior citizen all of which kind of put a target on my forehead. They explained 7/32nds of tread vs 6 or 5/32ds of tread & I might of come across as thinking I was the boss which I did not mean to. However your Manager (I am guessing, I am sure he was biting his tongue but was super nice and measured the tread for me. As I yes, dare I say it; did seem to boss him around, but I did not mean to explaining what I was told to do in Madison by my mechanic, that the two new tires should go on the back and the left tires on the front.HE WAS SO NICE, HE COULD OF NOT BEEN NICER.The young lady that took care of the paper work and purchase carefully explained the warranty, your locations and phone # to call.Sue

JUST STARTED GOING THERE ON MY OWN YEARS AGO. HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY SATISFIED.
Brought my van and car in for oil changes on back to back days. Had some other small repairs needed on each vehicle. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable as always!

Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Have gotten a couple of sets of tires and oil changes done by them. Always happy with their work.
