Great place, very accommodating bunch! I stopped in as they were getting ready to close up shop, and I said Jason I have a headlight out , do you think you could change it quick. He said, oh sure we can get you fixed up, no worries. They were there a little late closing because of me, but were very courteous and super friendly. You're the best!

Just wanted to give a big thumbs up to the guys at the Menasha, WI store. Jason was great to work with and was able to get me in and out quick. Store manager was also very helpful.

Great Service!

Im a return customer based on the great service I've received in the past. When it came time to get new tires I didn't bother searching around, because I trust Matthews to give me the best price, and make my experience easy and pleasurable.

Flat Repair

Brought tire in for a flat repair. Got a call 3 hours later that was to close to the side wall and could not repair. Wanted to charge me 180 for new tire. I said i would bring a tire to her since they could not get matching tire. Found matching tire at Walmart for 80. Then charged me $30 to mount and balance it. She said was going to charge me for flat too. But I armed that seeing the couldnt fix it. My car does not come with a spare so I was taking up a rack. She was rude about me bringing my own tire and was rude to my mom when she brought the tire there for me. Was not happy with my options or the customer service. I also have a fleet of work trucks as well. Had flat week before and again said could not repair. They put wrong tire on, did not lube door jams and missed I had head light out. Your location. Need to give better customer service and pay more attention to detail.

Great Service! Always honest, and they do a nice job of letting you know any potential problems with your vehicle but without up-selling or taking advantage of you. I trust their word on our vehicle.

I had an appointment for an oil change. If I had been told it would take over an hour, I wouldn't have waited. 45 minutes in, I was told yes they are working on it, see they are draining the oil!
