I was able to get in and out in less than 45 min. getting an oil/filter change plus several air filter changes.

Original contact was by phone. Employee Monica was very pleasant and nice with the quote. Came in to complete the order and another male employee helped me out. He was helpful too. The manager completed the order because I was not able to install the tires the same day.

Ooops

My kids were visiting from Toronto and using our Forester. The driver headlight went out and plans would be interupted. We showed up, the light was fixed, life went happily on. But then thats why we go to Matthews.

Service

I dropped my car off in the morning to have an oil change and vibrating of the steering wheel checked out. I was told that I needed new tires. The job was complete in a matter of a few hours.

Service was good as usual. BUT I would appreciate knowing about the potential add-ons before committing to the buy.Also I had to ask for my rebate or I would not have received it.
