Issue - Oil Change

Matthews changed the oil in our 2015 Subaru Forester and rotated the tires on Saturday, September 15th. On Sunday, we made a trip down to my parents house for a group birthday party. On the way down, the low oil light came on and I pulled over and checked the oil. The oil level was extremely low, so I drove to the closest oil change business (Valvoline in Fond Du Lac). They checked the car over, and said that the car was low on oil by almost exactly 1 Quart. They were kind enough to top us off without charging us, and we were on our way in less than 5 minutes.This is NOT the typical service we receive from Matthews and it was more of an inconvenience then anything, but I wanted to let you guys know that it happened.

Great First Time

After taking my vehicles to a different in town auto shop, we moved so I decided to give Matthews a try. Very impressed! Courteous greeting, Everything explained, work done on time. I will be back!!

Some one started making charges on my card after paying my bill. About 600 dollars so far. I am not accusing your company, but the charges started after visiting your business.

Jason, Shaun, Monica and Craig are terrific. I would bring my vehicle there for other repairs when needed but you are SO expensive!

Nice and friendly staff, they were able to get me in and out in a timely manner and the issue with my vehicle is resolved with a nice heads up of what I would maybe need to have worked on later. Happy to bring it back to them next time it needs service!

Great service, great prices, great people. Craig Keberlein is the best. While I was waiting I heard him deal very patiently with several customers. He never failed to be polite and respectful.
