I had an unfixable tire issue so Michelle guided me through my choice, was extremely help ful in getting my the best deals, found rebates and even filled out most of my paper work. She was also able to get me a small refund for previous work. She provided superior customer service which is why I will come back for any work they can do on my cars.

Rims for my truck

Being a very particular auto owner, I had stopped in a Matthews to purchase rims for my truck. I explained my concerns and expressed level of expectation on the work. After the rims had been installed, I performed a walk around of the vehicle. Kind of tough due to being dark out at time of pick up. Once home, I realized the wrong offset had been ordered. The next day I contacted Matthews and informed them of my discontent and wanted to know how they were going to correct the situation. After some discussion and a couple call backs, they were able to set up another time to bring the truck in and have different rims of my choice (with proper offset) installed. My hat is off to Jason for making a stressful situation a pleasure. I know Im a high maintenance customer and he kept his cool when things didnt go as planned. I will continue to use them as a preferred shop. Thank you
