Oil change

My service rep was very welcoming and kind. I was shown parts that needed replacing. Didnt have to order a splash guard as tech went out of his way to find correct screws to fit and screw back in. FYI-should be mandatory when changing oil and doing tire rotation to check air in spare tire.
