Matthews Tire in Menasha has always treated me with courtesy and respect. They explain things clearly and do not make me feel I have to have unnecessary service done on my vehicle. That actually makes me MORE likely to return to have the recommended, but not absolutely necessary things done.

Quick and friendly service. I dropped my van off for an oil change and tire rotation. It was done within an hour. I was extremely impressed with the friendliness of the staff as well as the cleanliness of the lobby.
Very pleased with the service and tires. I was offered a loaner since my car took longer than planned. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Will be coming her for oil changes from now on.
We brought our 2018 Nissan Rogue in for new wheels and tires. We were treated kindly and respectfully from receiving a quote and explanation of different tires through installation and the time we picked up our vehicle. Great people to work with. Excellent experience!! I drove car there Saturday morning without and appt because I had a nail in tire. Instead of acting like I was screwing up the schedule, I was thanked for my business! Left car and it was done a few hours later. I was again thanked for my business. Very impressed with Bryan Kolgen at the counter. I will certainly be back. Amazing customer service and tire was repaired without having to be replaced.
Wifes tire completely flat from running over a screw...was able to call...get in same day and tire repaired and back on the road in a matter of a couple hours
Would like to have the tire pressure checked and the floor mats vacumed .
