Thank you for not rotating my tires like I asked. They didnt need it because they are pretty much shot. I didnt know they were in bad shape since my car only has 20k miles. Instead of taking my money for unnecessary service you made the right call. The tech walked out to my car and showed me exactly what I was told on the phone.

Ive been going to this company for three years. With three vehicles. Last year the pro lanes started in the greenbay location. After telling them exactly what was wrong with my truck they himmhawed around and said it was something else. After three visits they finally fixed the issue. Costing me three times what it would have if theyd had done it right to begin with. No apology, no refund, and no acknowledgement of any wrong doing. Then in September 2019 I took my other truck in for simple slow leak in three tires.After picking up my truck I noticed immediately that it pulled like crazy to the left.I got home looked at the tires only to find they had removed weights on the inside of the rim. I called and asked about it and they told me they had rebalanced the tires and needed to replace them. I was not charged for a rebalancing nor did it mention it on the receipt. They tried to charge me for an alignment to fix it. They will always find way to charge more. Dont trust this place.

I was greeted promptly and told it would be about an hour. Mark (?) told me my serpentine belt had some cracks and a license plate light was burnt out which I opted to let go until next time. They are always friendly there and accommodating. I did notice however my seat was moved way back which I had asked them not to do. My only complaint. Monika is always friendly and knows her stuff!!!
