Great Service

I am pleased with the service Matthews Tire has provided. I have been looking for a shop that treats their customers with the respect we deserve. I've gone to multiple shops throughout Green Bay and Matthews Tire is my go to. Matthews Tires does not try to nickel and dime you like other shops I've been to. I understand it's a business but Matthews so far has not pulled my leg into unneeded service to my truck. I would definitely recommend Matthews Tire for great service in a timely fashion! There is one thing I would like to see though. An email confirmation of your visit to Matthews Tire and upcoming needed services. A great way to keep track of things for a person always on the go.

Tire rotation, new wiper blade

Went in for free tire rotation and decided to get new wiper blades. Great customer service, honest about type of products they carry. Also pointed out other maintenance needed, but not in a high pressure sales way.
