Service quality going down

Always liked this place but the past several visits have left me less than happy. After 1 visit I had a new noise from under my vehicle. Asked them to look at it the next time I brought it in for service. No explanation, noise is still there. Brought car in and told needed expensive brake/rotor job. Challenged them since they had recently done it. Person on phone went and checked it. Said he didn't know what the mechanic had looked at as everything looked good to him. They rotated the tires and changed oil but never reset the "maintenance" light. Prior to last visit had a slow air leak in a tire so went to change it, broke off a stud. When asked the rep what could cause that he said maybe cross-threading or over tightening the lug nut. Bought all my tires for this vehicle there and have always had them rotate them. Never had a flat so never took one off myself. Granted there are other reasons a stud could "wear out" but given the string of issues one has to wonder.

Oil change/check engine light

Came in for an oil change and to check my check engine light issue. Was advised it was a sensor and that they can have it fixed but would need an additional 90 minutes. New sensor was installed and still having issue. Was then advised that it was another component and will need to take my car back in when the post arrives.

Tire rotation and transmission

Very good and they were very professional

Fast service and took care of everything.
