Brought my truck in for new TrailRunner Tires. As a new customer, service specialist Tom did a fantastic job in preparing me for my appt by making sure everything was in order before I arrived. Bringing a 2 yr old along can distract u as ur trying to apply for the Good Year credit app and picking options for install, and he was very patient. I was able to drop my truck off early, pick up after a call when it was complete. Done on time even!! Glad I chose Matthew's and was recommended by my friend Steve.
Been going to Matthews on Oneida for many years. Always the same, friendly staff. I'll be back!

I had an appointment for my oil change, and they kept me on schedule. Also gave me some advice on how I could save a little more.

Brian and David are so helpful. I came in for an oil change and rotation of tires. After their careful inspection and records, I was told did not need tire rotation as it was done before. I depend on them to help me since my husband passed away and they are doing that!
