Great customer service

I wouldn't recommend any other place for the things that Matthews Tire does. One time I had a coupon for service but they recommended an in-store promotion instead. They could have easily taken my extra money but it proves that they put the customer first, and that means everything to me.

Employees are awesome! You walk in the door and they know you by name. Help with small problems rite away, like putting air in low tires. Dont try to sell you what you dont need and make recommendations for future issues. The best crew ever works there.
