Matthews tire on Oneida street has always been a very reliable and trustworthy place for regular maintainence and tire purchases. Very honest, professional, courteous staff and I have never had a single complaint against them in over 10 years of going there.
I went to tires plus at first and they couldn't help me whatsoever, they even said they would not charge me for something that didn't even help me with, they were trying to sound nice but instead came off very rude, I went to Matthews tire and not only did they greet me with a smile, they were very professional and were able to help me get on the road again!

I've been going to Matthews Tire for close to 15 years and I've never been disappointed. I trust the team to tell me what I need, not what they want to sell me. They give me several options and let me choose the route to go. This trip was for a brake check and Advance Trac check. They had to put my vehicle on the computer and it took overnight to complete. They were very apologetic about the length of time it took and offered me a loaner car. As a single woman, I never feel like they're taking advantage of me. I will never go to another shop for auto repairs.
Mathew's did a great job on my wife's car. They even picked me up when I had trouble finding a ride to get my car when it was repaired. I have always been happy with the service.
