Our 3000 mile used tire had road damage. Matthews got us a new tire the next day at reasonable cost. Installation the next day and back on the road.
I have been taking my cars here for 20 years now, and no other place. That in itself is a testament to their quality and service. Being retired now I don't need them as much as when I was on the road.
