Matthews Tire Survey
I was satisfied with my tire purchase and the associates working there are all very professional and friendly. I checked prices "online" and Matthews Tire was very competitive. My only issue (and a suggestion for future reference) is the following:I was told that I needed a tire alignment. Grudgingly I agreed to the alignment as I didn't want my new tires to wear uneven. When I got my car home I washed it and noticed that the technician left some kind of grease or whatever on all of the rims of my car. I had to scrub to get this gunk off of the wheels. For the price I paid for the tires and alignment, I highly suggest that going forward, your technicians wash the rims when they are completed with their work. That would be a nice touch and the customer would be much more impressed with the new tire purchase and or realignment.
