Well aside from putting my new wheel on the wrong side of the car, and then having to buy a new tire cause there was something wrong with the tire that I wasn't having a problem with, ok.
Every time I go in with an issue they are honest with me and never try to up sell me. Pricing in fair not to expensive.
Had a great experience with Matthew's Tire. I needed an oil change and had a fluid leak that needed to get checked out. The folks were able to get me in right away and performed all that I needed in a short time. Definitely will be back for future visits.

Very helpful staff. My car had a head gasket leak awhile ago and that meant I wouldn't have a car for a few days. They provided a loaner for the duration which was very convenient.
good as always, techs are fantastic in what they do. They know us by name as regulars, and seem to always have a gut feeling we will be calling in soon lol
