Feeling taken advantage of

Came in for two tires and an alignment knowing it may need some front end work as well. Was given an estimate for almost 2000. Dollars for work supposedly needed. I took it to another shop and they said I didn't need most of the work suggested. Feeling taken advantage off

Super easy

I had a nail in my tire. Called and made an appt., then chose to drop off overnight. Super easy and got recommended new windshield wipers too. One stop and it was all done.

It was great that they could fit us in and explain what the problem was. Always happy with the help there.

Brake Problems

Mathews did a very good job identifying the problem and getting it fixed within a few hours.

Oil change and brake check

This visit is a perfect example of why I come to Matthews. I asked for my brakes to be checked because I thought there might be an issue with the front. It turned out the back brakes needed work even though they were done 1 1/2 yr ago. It turned out because of my mileage they were under warranty and they fixed them for free. I wouldn't have known if they chose to be dishonest, but they are people you can trust. That means a lot to me.
