Timely job.

Am very happy with the service I got from Todd and his people.

Todd did an excellent job addressing an immediate problem as well as providing information regarding tire info.

Disappointed

You know, I'm not stupid. I don't expect to be talked to or treated like I am stupid - whether you are the owner, manager or technician. If I can get a part for less, I'm going to ask if I can bring it. I don't need to be attacked with a condescending attitude. If you have things in your personal life that are affecting you, maybe you should consider taking some time off or leaving home at home. I was told a completely different amount over the phone versus what I was charged as well. Not very happy with the referral to come to Matthews Tire versus where I typically get my car serviced. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning nor will I be referring others.

We went to Matthews tires in FDL because of an alignment problem with a previous car. They were the 5th place we we went to with an alignment problem on that car and they were the first to get it fixed right. You are a person not a number to them.
