The entire crew was kind and extremely helpful with our tow and serviced our flat with no problems even though they were to close up shop within two hours that we arrived. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable with our emergency. Highly recommended to anyone! Great crew!

Great Service!!

Called Todd on Monday, to bring our truck in, due to a low tire pressure light. We were able to get the truck in on very short notice. Dropped it off at 7 a.m. & it was ready to go by 10 a.m. We have worked with Matthew's a LOT, in the past. We don't live in Fond du Lac anymore, so, not ideal to regularly take our vehicles to Matthew's for service, but, they always do a GREAT job:)!!

I like that u told me up front on the phone what charges would be. Gave detailed explanations. Other places I called didn't, and I think the cost would have been a surprise, not something I was expecting.
