My brakes began to squeal very late on a Friday night. I called Mathews first thing Saturday morning and by 10:45am I left with new tires and new front brakes. Outstanding customer service.
Dropped the car off. Came back to help identify the problem due to circumstances. Mechanic fixed the issue, then I was on my way.

Service was fine, but when picking up car and paying bill the employee didn't really know what was done. I had to ask them to explain the bill which was almost $700. Also, they recommended another $1000 in service which caught me off guard.

The vehicle went in on schedule and was done less than an hour later. We had a loose wheel well rubber protector which was repaired also. Great service.
