Dropped tire off and they mentioned it would be a day or two, got a call later that day that tire was repaired and what they found (slow leak in tire after a few weeks, cleaned rim and balanced). Picked up next day, quick and fast service.

You ruined my wheel
Thanks for bending my wheel then try to say that it wasn't you guys that bent my wheel at the rim. You cay clearly see the tool marks that pressed into the aluminum wheel.

We inquired about new tires for our VW Passatt and took the recommendation of the technicians and purchased 4 new tires (buy 3, get one free) and received a $160 rebate from Goodyear. The vehicle was left there and picked up early afternoon which worked well into our schedule.
