Name was recorded wrong.First name Juan, last name Sotelo. I will correct it below.Phone number was recorded wrong. Due to it, I did not receive phone call on status of tire.I did not received any help loading and unloading tire.When at the desk, I was asked to wait because attendant needed to make a phone call.

Oil change and tire rotation

Oil change and tire rotation while I waited. Comfortable waiting area and friendly staff. Looked at my car close enough to tell me a marker light was out, and they would fix it right way if I would like. Great customer service!!! Keeps me coming back.

VW oil change

I made an appt. for an oil change and filter for my 2003 VW Passat. The vehicle was done in 1 hour while I waited which is reasonable. Joe, the service mgr. informed me that the oil protective shield (belly) was missing 3 screws which holds it in place. I did have a problem with that in the past in which the shield fell off and was dragging under the vehicle on the express way. Joe told me that he could order extra screws and add them when they come in. The VW service dept. never mentioned a problem and it fell off a few years ago. I appreciate the good service and the great follow up in telling me about the problem and ordering the parts. He said that the shield is secure now, but will be more safe when the screws are added. a common problem with this car.
