Disappointed

Disappointed no one mentioned the seriously loud brake noise driving my car in and out of the shop. I'm sure Todd just didn't even want to talk about it since I've been in 2x prior to attempt to resolve it. I will be taking it to my local KIA dealership next and, hopefully, they will be able to diagnose and resolve the issue... and then I will bring the information back to Matthews so they know what the problem was that they felt was "normal". Sure wouldn't get my KIA's brakes done there again. Have had nothing but trouble with them since they were replaced.

Did a great job getting my car air conditioner working. Did only what needed to be done and at a reasonable price.
