Purchased 4 New Tires

I purchased 4 new tires for my 2015 Acura MDX. I am very fussy about my car & pointed out to the Manager, Todd, I had no scratches or dings on my car. There were 2 scrapes on my wheels from hitting a curb. Outside of that, my car was in new condition. I just had it detailed a couple weeks before buying new tires at Matthews in Fond du Lac. I was shocked when I saw my car after Matthews replaced the tires. There were numerous scratches, and some pretty deep on each & Every wheel (the shiny part) I was sick about it & spoke with Todd. Long story short, he paid $150 to have the 4 wheels buffed out & clear-coated where the scratches & dings were. The problem now is you can tell exactly where the scratches were! All those spots on every wheel is shinier! It would have cost $600 to sand all 4 wheels down & Todd was not going to pay that. My husband & I have been dealing with Matthews for years but Never again. Todd said they were so busy, they were not careful! UNACCEPTABLE!

Great service

Car was in for routine maintenance and asked that a tire with low air pressure be checked. They located a bead problem on rim and fixed it, along with valve stem that needed replacing. Todd answered a few questions I had and gave me information on synthetic oil offered by Matthews Tire. Very professional; a good experience overall.
