Went in for 105K service (oil change, tire rotation, spark plugs, radiator flush, etc.) and very pleased. Professional staff and service.
Decided to get my new tires at Matthews after checking the competition in the area and not being too thrilled.. Extremely professional shop that gets the job done quick. Went in to get a full set of tires installed and I was driving home in no time at all. I would recommend this tire shop to anybody in the area looking for work on their tires. 10/10
I have trusted Matthews to be fair and honest. If I want to walk out of an oil change with over $1000 in estimated work I'll go to an oil change facility who typically do this to every woman who comes in. I was told I had a leaky strut. Fine. However I was told I had to replace all 4. When I asked if I could just v replace 2 I was told no. Really? I've checked into this. It's recommended to change 2. If there are no problems with the other 2 why would I shell out an additional $500+?? DISHONEST!
Always pleased with the service from Matthews Tire for my little car. The car is older and I will be doing some child transporting a couple times a week this summer. Wanted to know that everything is in top shape for their safety. Matthews has assured me that it is.

I have been a customer for many years and keep coming back for the great service. Todd and his staff do a great job and Joe was extremely helpful. My repair work was completed before the promised time.
