New tires for new rims!

This has been the 1st time I've ever bought custom wheels for a vehicle! My Ford F-150 had Ford rims with aggressive tires, that looked sharp, but I wanted to make it look different. I trusted Todd to advise me about the rims I selected to offer me the options in tires I would need. He pointed me in the right direction to where I was given 4-possible choices, and none of them would have been a bad decision. I went with the Goodyear Wrangler AT Adventure tires with Kevlar for added strength and hopefully a mile or two better miles per gallon of gas. I'm happy with my choice and investment in Goodyear quality tires, and the service, should I need it from Matthews Tire of Fond du Lac.

Tire change winter to summer

The service was good. The price was excessive!!! My appointment was to change my snow tires over to my summer tires. Matthews charged me $160 for this service! I thought it may be a lot so I looked at my previous bill from December. I was charged $90 at Bergstrom Honda!!! I decided to try Matthews due to convenience, living in Fond du lac, but will not be returning.

Todd, Sean, Dave & team members always a terrific job Dino, i am; mechanic no ; questions many so I need a place to trust and will tell me honestly what I need to have done or can for go. Found this at Matthews Great job

Faulty tire double install chg

I've used Matthew's for over 20 years. The service has always been fine, however on January 7th I paid $956 for 4 new tires. Approximately seven days later on January 14th, one of the tires was flat due to a leaky valve stem. They ordered a new tire and I had to pay an additional $40 for install. This does not make sense to me at all! This will certainly make me think twice about returning.

Did it again!

Once again they made me very happy. They repaired the cradle of my 2000 Toyota Rav4. They ordered cradle called me when it came in about a week. Made appointment to my schedule. Lent me a car to use while repair was being done. They got it done when they said they would. Thank you everyone who worked on it.

matthews got my blown out tire at no cost to me. had to pay for changing tire around which i feel good year should of cvered that so dont always beleve every thing todd and company did great thanks
