When I first brought my vehicle in, they were happy to show me what was wrong in shop while I was there. They gave me options, listened to my concerns, and found a secondary issue that is under warranty and getting corrected. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and superb customer service skills. I will return for future vehicle needs.

Did not have an appointment, but was driving without head light for several days and live out of town. I came in and the staff fixed it right away even though they were busy. I always recommend you to all I encounter for car service. Once again thank you. I am sure the "deer" that I could not see thank you also

Our Tundra transmission column shifter broke. After having it towed to Matthews, they quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and completed the repair, all in less than 3 days. Matthews has been our trusted go to service center for tires and service for over 30 years. We continue to be pleased with their outstanding, professional and quality service.
