Disappointed

Service on the car was fine. But when paying the bill I asked why the price wasn't the same as what I saw in a Matthews email. I was told the email had a coupon and that next time I should print it out if I wanted a discount. I've been a regular for 2 years. I would have expected the discount to be applied whether I printed the coupon or not. I've shown loyalty. Where's yours.
