oil change takes so long

Every time I get an oil change it takes atleast an hour, even if no other services are performed. This time was there for over an hour and twenty minutes. The battery needed to be replaced which they were out of so had to pick up from a couple blocks away so assuming the additional time was from that. Was disappionted I was charged $20 in labor for battery replacement when most places do that for free.
