Made an appointment for oil & filter and rotate. Dropped car off. Called a few hours later to tell me it was ready. Delivered exactly what they promised. Left no mess. Oil was the correct weight and amount. Previously with a competitive firm: the tech left a oil dripped mess to clean off of the engine and missed filling the oil correctly by more than a quart. I will continue to come to Matthews. Very happy.

I won a free oil change on the radio from Matthews.it was easy to get in, the hours of service was accommodating to my schedule. the young technician was kind however as most young individuals they don't listen effectively, that did not detract from my oil change experience which was positive.

Good people, comfortable environment in the waiting room. Employees are never pushy about additional costs unless its a NEED. Expensive compared to other places, but well worth it.
