New Vehicle Inspection

Called Matthew Tire looking at a newer vehicle asked if the would do a inspection on it. They got me in right away went through the whole vehicle fluids brakes tires etc. Best thing u can do when u buy a vehicle.

Good service, incorrect charge

Great and friendly, but I brought two coupons in. One for oil change, the other for alignment and neither were applied to my total. I did not notice until I got home.

First time, probably last time

First time to your place. Duplicated the diagnostic completed at Auto Zone for $95 with same results. Kept asking me when I wanted to pick it up and I said when it is done. Was asked this multiple times with end result being 4:00 pm just like 2 previous customers. Really didnt feel very customer focused.
