Overall it was a good visit. I thought I was going to get my tires rotated with the change but only got a standard change and had to pay 50 for a 40 change because my car takes 6 quarts of oil. Ten bucks for a quart of oil seems high and I paid it thinking at 50 bucks they rotated my tires too nope
I would recommend Matthews Tire to everyone. Honest, friendly and speedy service!My wife took her car into the dealership where she bought the vehicle for a vibration because she has a warranty. I knew it was going to need tires within the next 4 months. The dealership tried pressuring her into 4 tires and shocks. Vehicle only has 45, 000 miles on it.We took it right next door to Matthews in Appleton, they confirmed my feeling that it didn't need shocks and one of the tires was causing the vibration. At Matthews we got tires installed and a 4 wheel alignment for less $ than the dealership was going to charge just to purchase the tires alone, before install charge. Plus the dealership was trying to make another $500 by selling her shocks that she didn't need!We sat in Matthews comfortable waiting area with our 4 month old baby while the work was done. The staff was very friendly and accommodating!We'll definitely be back!

ALWAYS, really! My husband dropped off my truck on Thursday when the check engine light went on. Matthews called, fixed, and left the truck for us to pick up when we got home late Memorial Saturday.
It is always important to walk into a business and to be greeted with a friendly smile and welcome. And then to have the service scheduled done so promptly. And waiting? Television, coffee, newspaper. If you need an oil change no better way to start the morning. Thank you.

Quality, thorough scheduled maintenance service just like the 90,000 mile service. Identified worn parts and replaced after consulting with me. I know that the truck reliability will be there for many more miles. Great place for service and tires!
Recently purchased new tires and somehow didnt get the alignment checked.. called Jason and got in right away. Work was completed and I was on my way. Great service as always
