Service was good but Matthews left me waiting to get my car back. I talked to 3 different persons and was told by the first person that my car was done at 10 a.m. and that someone would call me before they dropped my car off to me before noon. No one called. I called a second time. A different person said I had to come and get my car myself. I told him no, that is not what I agreed to. Then the person said Dave was bringing my car to me as we spoke. No car came. I called a third time and was told Dave would bring my car to me in 10 minutes.Dave Flunker delivered my car just before noon.
