Same Day Service

I wanted to get my wife's new winter tires mounted and balanced to a 2nd set of wheels I had and installed before the first major snow of 2016. Originally went online on a Sunday and setup an appointment at another shop, earliest they could get me an appointment was that Friday late in the afternoon; then they called me Friday morning and cancelled my appointment saying that was too late in the day to mount and balance and install tires. I called Matthews Tire at 10am Friday, they told me if I brought the vehicle in within the next hour they would work it in to their schedule and have it done by the end of the day. Dropped the vehicle off at 11am, and it was done at 5:30pm, then ready for the snow that Sunday. This is old fashioned willing to put in the extra effort immediate action same day service your hear your parents and grandparents talking about.
