3 days of car in shop

I had car troubles like anyone else, went in for a service and also to look at the check engine lights. What I thought would be a drop it off in the morning, pick it up in the afternoon turned into 3 nights with my car in the shop. It was frustrating going back and forth with what was wrong and not having what was needed. The quality of service was fine, but the turn around time I thought could have been quicker.

Matthews to the rescue

I had a flat tire in Fon du Lac. The Mattews in FDL came and pumped up my tire I followed them to their shop and they put my spare on, and gave me a printout of a suggestion for replacement of my tire since it wasn't savaable. Took my printout to the Appleton location and in less than an hour I was on the road with a new tire. Hooray

We always get good service from here. Austyn serviced the van this time, and he was done on time, job well done thanks.

tire fix

Great job, found a nail and plug it. Tech wasn't sure on how to reset tps sensor. Not a big deal it just a push of a button on the I drive.

Service Call

The guys were all great. They helped me however they could. They tried very hard to find the problem but it just would not repeat for them. We finally figured out what was going on this past Tuesday, 9/6 when the car went completely dead.
