I like that the shop is clean and well kept. I also was impressed with the fact that they could look at my truck so fast. BUT, I did not authorize any work being done on my truck and the "diagnosis" cost me 98 dollars! I'm not sure if I will be using the facility again.
The customer service was very friendly and answered my questions. Am a long time customer that will continue to return.
Great job! Everything was accomplished and in a timely manner. Both of my shuttle drivers were kind and nice to talk to.
Oil change and tire rotation and brake check
I've always been comfortable with the services here, but not happy with the time management this visit. The appt was for 930 and we were told it would be done within 1-1.5hrs. We have a newborn, so planning our day is crucial right now. We came back around 11. My husband was told they were going to get it done now (start it?) and sat there for quite awhile. Why make an appt then?

I had a 1:30 pm appointment. My Jeep did not get in the shop until 2:15 pm and it was't until 3:10 that I was unable to leave. This is unacceptable.
