My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired the same day; I'm always happy with the turnaround time, and the service is great. The facility is always clean, and the employees are extremely helpful and friendly. I'll keep comgin back!

Service Visit

As always, the group at Matthews (Paul, Danny & Rick) was a pleasure to work with. While servicing our Vibe, they found a couple things that needed attention and got them squared away. It's nice to know they look over your vehicle good when doing routine service. Always enjoy visiting with these guys. Fair, honest and fun. Thanks guys!

Awesome service

My family and I were in desperate need to get our brakes fixed as they had started to go in the morning. They got us right in. Explained everything they were doing, and continuously checking in with us. Everyone was awesome!!

I went in to get an estimate on the cost to replace my spark plugs and ended up getting charged close to $100 and no work was even done on my car. Very displeased.

Oil change and Tire Rotation

My son took 3 of our vehicles in for an oil change and tire rotation service. He mentioned the staff was very polite and understanding with the time spent while driving all 3 cars in to Matthews. Dan was very friendly and helpful. He seemed very honest and listened well to understand. The other gentleman helped with pick up. Also very friendly and helpful.
