I went to buy Goodyear Weatherready tires for my Toyota Avalon at Matthews Tire. At first the new tires had a strong pull left. Then the had a drift left after Matthews crossed the two front tires. Then Matthews replaced the two front tires, and finally, the drift went away! I am now happy with my tires but still frustrated that it took so much back and forth for Matthews to fix the problem with the new tires.

Man these guys at Matthews are top notch. Went in to have my Tires swapped out for winter and they noticed my ball joints were getting bad. The were proactive and inline with the quote.
I had a flat tire at 6:55 pm friday and they had my tire replaced by noon on Saturday. Above and beyond what i was expecting! Great service and great people!
