Meh...

I usually enjoy my experience here, but this one was less than ideal. Everything was done thoroughly, prices were very fair, and staff was great. My only issue is I dropped off the car overnight for a 8am "appointment" the next morning. A tire rotation, oil change, and check one tire for a slow leak and I wasnt able to pickup the car until 6:45pm. I get my simple $80 job wasnt top priority, but then let me know its and all day event when I called to schedule it. I'll be back still and in fact this week for new tires, just feedback I think is worth sharing.

2012 Ford fusion

I love and will continue to do business with Matthews. They are very courtesy, helpful, and friendly. They were very understanding, answered my questions, gave me the name of the towing company they work with, help me keep the bill just under what was on my Goodyear credit card, and picked me up to get my car when it was fixed. This was the second time I went to them.

Oil change

The front desk staff are very friendly and nice. I was disappointed in two things: 1I had an appointment for 3:30 and it took 70 minutes. I thought that was too long. 2This is the second time Ive gotten in my vehicle and it smells of gas. Even today it still smells.

Happy Birthday 2 Me!

This vehicle has been a nightmare of stress regarding safety and extremely costly since purchasing it in October of 2017. I made the ultimate mistake and purchased it from Ultimate Ride. Their name is appropriate-I was ultimately taken by them. This vehicle has been on the road only a few days/weeks a few times since I bought it! One horrible thing wrong after another. All safety related. Dan, Rick and their Awesome technical team had me drive it out of their parking lot SAFELY last night. Best birthday present I could have wished for......hopefully I can put a few miles on it now! Its hard to keep paying a vehicle loan payment when its been undrivable! Thanks guys!! Happy ... happy!!
