Great place to go and very good, the only drawback is the $30 labor to replace two $2 bulbs. Other than that, you know you can trust them and they do look over your vehicle very well. They don't pressure you either. Very friendly and great service as an overall.
Fast, friendly service. Personable staff. They helped to ease a stressful situation with a little teasing and laughter, which was much needed at the time. They got the work done in the estimated time promised, getting us back on the road.
I had my oil change done here because I thought I would be able to get a free tire rotation done at the same time. Turns out that they only offer free tire rotations if you physically buy the tires at the store. I bought mine through Goodyear.com and had them installed at the store. I was very disappointed to here I had to pay an extra $20 for the rotation. There are plenty of other places to have oil changed and I don't think I will come back to this store.
I have brought my cars to the Van Roy location for over a decade. Dan and the team have been honest and competant. I highly recommend tham.
